Physical Printed Parts

If your printed part arrives damaged, with a print defect, or is the wrong item, we will either:

• Reprint and resend the part at no charge, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method

To make a claim, email us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order confirmation. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after the item has been printed and dispatched
• Fitment issues caused by incorrect vehicle identification (please check compatibility before ordering)
• Damage caused during installation or use
• Items printed from our STL files by a third-party print service

Digital STL Files

Due to the nature of digital products, all STL file sales are final once the download link has been accessed. We cannot offer refunds on digital files after delivery.

If you have a technical issue accessing your files (broken link, corrupted download, etc.), contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Safety-Critical Components — Sway Bar Bushings

Sway bar bushings are a mechanical suspension component. Before purchasing or installing any bushing STL file or printed bushing from NZSDesigns, please read the following carefully.

• Not certified automotive parts. NZSDesigns is not a certified or registered automotive parts manufacturer. These files and printed parts are provided as functional prototypes for personal, non-commercial use. They have not been independently tested, certified, or approved by any automotive standards body.
• Material requirement. Sway bar bushings must be printed in TPU (flexible filament) only. Printing in PLA, PETG, ASA, or any rigid material is unsafe and may cause part failure. NZSDesigns accepts no responsibility for parts printed in incorrect materials.
• Professional inspection required. We strongly recommend having any printed suspension component inspected and installed by a qualified mechanic before driving the vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring the part is fit for use on your specific vehicle.
• Use at your own risk. By purchasing these files or printed parts, you accept full responsibility for installation, fitment, use, and any outcome arising from their use in your vehicle. NZSDesigns is not liable for any vehicle damage, mechanical failure, accident, injury, or consequential loss of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the use of these products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
• Third-party printing. If you print these files yourself or through a third-party service, NZSDesigns accepts no responsibility for print quality, material selection, or the resulting part's performance.

If you are unsure whether a 3D printed bushing is appropriate for your vehicle or driving conditions, do not purchase. Contact a qualified mechanic for advice.

Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ Customers)

NZSDesigns operates under New Zealand law. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our physical products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
